With nearly a decade of experience under her belt in the IT recruitment space, most recently for nearly four years as Head of Operations & Compliance for a specialist consultancy, working closely with Government, wider public sector, and private sector clients throughout the UK, EU and USA. In that harnessing a deep understanding, which has been turned into a fountain of knowledge for strategically keeping personal and business information compliant, secure, and ensuring that clients only engage stringently vetted personnel.

Coupled with a long standing intense personal interest in cyber security, specifically offensive security tactics and malware analysis, over time resulting in the successful participation in various bug bounty programmes in addition to making numerous responsible and public disclosures involving some high profile organisations.

Understanding attack methods helps strengthen defences and stay one step ahead of threat actors, and be prepared.

Forming Diogeledd Labs felt like the next logical step, not only to be able to combine professional and personal interests, but also to have a purpose and an impact beyond that of merely delivering shareholder value when cyber attacks are on the rise.
